Welcome to health care magic.

1.Your ultrasound report says the ovaries shows features of PCOD - polycystic ovarian disease.
2.In PCOD - multiple peripherally arranged follicles with central echo-genic storm.
3.The symptoms include irregular periods, weight gain, facial hair growth and the common symptoms seen, if any one of them seen, treatment is necessary.
4.The treatment in this case include hormonal treatment.
5.Rest of the scan appears normal - the uterus, cervix, endometrium, adnexa. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
